Tuiren

January 11th - I am home. This nice lady called Mommy and I kinda belonged to her but not really. And my name used to be Gracie. See this lady knew my owner and when he moved away and couldn't take me with him he asked her to keep me, cause he knew I had heartworms and knew I would be put to sleep if he took me to the pound. She already had two dogs and one of them doesn't like me (it even attacked me) so I was having to stay outside (and we already know I can climb fences), so I kept getting out and wandering off. The nice lady's husband wanted to find a new home for me or something. So they were kinda relieved when I disappeared for 3 weeks and then I showed back up with a red collar on...............but the nice lady saw the flyer Mommy had out at the store and called and now I am back with her and will start my heartworm treatment Monday January 14th.

January 3 - After a visit to the vets Tuiren was given the OK to go in the backyard with Fenris. We have a 5 foot fence so I thought she would be safe back there. I spent a few hours in the backyard with them making sure they got along OK and she never attempted to get out she seemed to just enjoy being able to walk around and explore. She came back in with me, but then asked to go out. I watched her out the window and she went pooped and then came laid up on our patio with Fenris, they were enjoying sitting in the sun. I went to the bathroom and when I came back she was gone. At first I thought she was just behind something in the backyard so I walked around the yard looking for her, she doesn't come when called but when I still couldn't find her realized she had escaped. We expanded the search to the rest of our property and when we still did not find her I drove around looking for her, it was like she had vanished into thin air.  SHE NEEDS HEARTWORM TREATMENT, please contact me if you see her 228-369-9483 or email

Hi my name is Annie Tuiren and I adopted my people. I started coming by for food September 21st and Mommy finally got the hint I needed a home and someone to love me. I came to live with them December 10, 2012. The vet thinks I am one years old. Unfortunately I has hookworms and heartworms, so I will be convalescing for awhile.

Being chained was temporary until I cleared the hookworms and could go in the backyard with Fenris. I was able to spend lots of time in the house and was able to make friends with Fenris.

When it was cold I slept inside in the crate.
